Connecting To The Month Of Completion
This month is all about finishing what you have started, and working things through to
completion. I am really happy to be able to send out this newsletter. I have been super busy
working on a deadline, researching and writing a new book about anti-aging. I have learned so
much and I can't wait to share it with you. I am grateful for the knowlege I have gained
working on that project.
This month seems to be the perfect time to tie up loose ends, finish the projects
you've started and to fulfill your new year's intentions. As soon as the weather gets nice
again there will be a new crop of things on your to-do-list, making it harder to finish those
things on your present list. We need to work on keeping our promises, including the ones we
made to ourselves.
We always have a million excuses, but what makes things happen is not only about
resources, its about resourcefulness. You will feel amazing when you cross things off your
list, clean off your desk and make room for something new and wonderful to blow in.
Change is in the air and now is the perfect time to realize your intentions and health
goals, and committ to the process.

A Smoother You
My new book on cellulite will be released in the next couple of months! I have been
doing extensive research and I am so excited to share it with you.
The book explains how the condition of our skin is a reflection of what is happening in
our bodies at the cellular level. The way you have lived your life up until now and the
accumulation of all the things you have done, is reflected in the condition of your skin. Our
thoughts and perceptions of the things that occur in our day to day lives, plays the biggest
role in our stress level and in how we feel. Stress affects our hormones and our hormones
affect the condition of our skin. All of our thoughts affect us on the cellular level because
when we are thinking, our cells are listening.
The good news is that you can always turn things around and improve the condition of
your skin. Your body is infinitely forgiving and renewable and is contiuously striving for
balance. It is never too late to renew both your mind and body with healthy stategies.

will help you look and feel better inside and out!

As I was beginning to write this issue, I couldn't help thinking about how good it
feels to accomplish the things we set out to do. I just finished writing an anti-aging book
(it's now off to the editor), that I have spent the last several months researching and putting
together. Sometimes, with an approaching deadline we need a fire lit under us and the
energy to get it done. I ended up following the advice I give my clients. As busy as I was, I
made sure to practice yoga, eat really healthy and get enough quality sleep. I also reminded
myself to focus on the feeling of gratitude that I was experiencing, knowing that the tasks we
are given are part of a learning curve that enriches our lives on many levels. My father
always said, "to be grateful for having the ability to work, because not everyone does."
We need energy to get things done, go about our daily activities, and to accomplish our
goals. As we get older, energy becomes even more of a commodity. Energy begets energy. If you
don't get enough sleep, eat too much sodium, drink alcohol or just simply overindulge, you wake
up feeling and looking bagged. Remember when you were young and you had an abundance of energy?
That doesn't have to be a memory from the past. There are ways that you can improve your
energy, get things done and still be able to enjoy your personal life and hobbies.
