The Deepam Detoxification & Cleansing Program will strengthen those elements needed to optimize digestion, absorption and intestinal functioning. It is specifically directed toward releasing any unnecessary accumulation from the digestive system including the stomach, small intestine and large intestine.

The program will mostly benefit those who suffer from bloating, constipation, weight gain, food sensitivities, leaky gut, chronic fatigue, Type 2 diabetes, hypoglycemia, insulin resistance, and any of the following PMS or menopausal symptoms: abdominal discomfort, joint stiffness, weight gain, bloating, breast tenderness, water retention or swelling and feelings of sadness.

Deepam Detoxification & Cleanse Overview

The Deepam Detoxification & Cleansing Program is divided into two phases. Before starting each phase, you will meet with Ara to review what is required during each phase and you will be weighed and measured to monitor results.

• Phase 1: This phase consists of an 8 day colon cleanse which assures regular and comfortable bowel movements, removes old, accumulated waste from your small & large intestines (i.e. colon), and rejuvenates the digestive system.

• Phase 2: This phase consists of a 10 day cleanse during which all of your nutritional needs will be satisfied by consuming supplements and a nutrient rich antioxidant powder mixed in a smoothie. This phase of the program will promote feelings of renewed vitality, energy, and well-being by supporting bi-functional detoxification while protecting against free radicals generated during Phase I detoxification.

Toward the end of the program, you will meet with Ara and be provided with a meal plan and specific instructions on how to effectively adjust from the program in order to sustain the positive results you have achieved.

This program will facilitate harmonization of your physical, emotional, and psychological state resulting in a more fluid and peaceful sense of well being.

Weight Loss

Although results vary, most clients lose anywhere from 5 to 25 lbs as they detoxify and cleanse their systems.

Sauna Therapy

This program includes 6 treatments in our FAR infrared sauna. Sauna treatments accelerate removal of toxins and are highly recommended.
